| Abstract |
| Any workplace -- no matter how well-managed -- experiences conflict, because different individuals bring different perceptions, values, and needs to their relationships. This module describes approaches to conflict management and analyzes the best styles and strategies for resolving conflict based on the belief that all parties should achieve some degree of satisfaction.
